New Features
- A second QR code on the CV - It sits in the bottom-right corner, the same size as the web-version code and level with it, with an orange star in the centre. A handwritten "References, unfiltered" caption sits to its left, with an arrow pointing into it.
- A link I can re-point - The new code opens sbozh.me/link/unfiltered-references, which redirects to a LinkedIn post with references. The link is on my domain, so I can change where it goes without reprinting the CV.
Changes
- Shorter caption on the web-version code - It now reads "Web version" instead of "Actual web version".
- Headline and summary - The subtitle now reads "Product-minded Software Engineer", and the summary has a new line: "I think in business outcomes first: revenue, risk, cost, and time to market."
- Skills and achievements - Six new skill tags: system design, event-driven architecture, design patterns, product thinking, risk management and cost optimization. The achievements about the AI-automated B2B sales MVP and being hired 15+ times at $25/h came off, "15+ contracts across fintech, real estate, high-traffic social media, trading, e-commerce, AI and more" went on, and "Hundreds of tests written" left the freelance entry.
- Narrower margins - Page margins went from 18mm to 12mm.
Behind the scenes
- PMDXJS - A document can now carry a second corner QR code with
qr-secondary,qr-secondary-labelandqr-secondary-logoin its config block.
Two codes in the corner now: one for the CV, one for the references.
